Texas Life & Health Guaranty Association Bill Filed
This morning Representative John Smithee filed HB 1864, TALHI’s bill that updates the Texas Life & Health Guaranty Association law with NAIC Model language and other administrative updates needed by the Association.

Insurance Industry Report Released
The "Covering Texans: How the Insurance Industry Works for Texas" report was released on Tuesday in a coordinated effort that included hand delivery of the report to 180 Texas House and Senate members, as well as to the Speaker, Lt. Governor, and Governor. This informative report outlines the economic impact that the insurance industry has in the state of Texas.
